REFUNDS
By using the Fix HR Software and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the Fix HR Software.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
Requesting a Cancellation: Clients requesting cancellations must notify us in writing or through our designated communication channels within a specific time frame before the agreed-upon service commencement date.
Cancellation Charges: Depending on the stage of Service commencement and work already completed, cancellation charges may apply as outlined in the service .
REFUND TIMELINE
Processing Time: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within a specific timeframe. The actual refund receipt time may vary based on the payment method and banking processes.
EXCEPTIONS
Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Services that have been substantially delivered or utilized may not be eligible for refunds.
Change Requests: Any additional work or modifications requested after project commencement may lead to adjustments in the refund amount.
